we are:
variable collective of people around a core members who are: Jan Bárta, Jana Novorytová, Kateřina Dietzová and many others
aim:
– systematically connect professional artists across different fields in order to support mutual communication as a tool for interdisciplinary creation
– assistance for “projects of smaller shape” – small projects based on the power of intimate inspiration of special personal encounters
– popularize various forms of artistic activities for broader public as well as for professional artists on international scale
we do:
– we organize workshops and exchange platforms as a functional informative interchange
– we organize events including particular Czech and foreign artists for the purpose of making
connections within contemporary cultural development on international scale
– production of our own creation – performances, happenings, installations, expositions, scandals and
others
– we offer contacts, help and advice for international exchange and collaboration
The activities of CreWcollective are funded by grants from the Prague City Council and the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic. In 2023 and 2024 also from the Czech Recovery Plan.
